You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. tren99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that a User has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for security, legal, or regulatory reasons. Users may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support.
tren99 is committed to responsible operation and is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at any time tren99 deems verification necessary for security or compliance reasons.

The minimum single deposit is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000. Daily and monthly deposit limits may be applied at the Account level. Users may request adjustments to their deposit limits by contacting customer support, subject to responsible gaming review.
Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours. Transfers submitted outside of standard banking hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly. tren99 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider.
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tren99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your bank or payment provider are borne solely by you.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or cryptocurrency wallets are not accepted. Deposits identified as originating from fraudulent, stolen, or disputed funds will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
To submit a withdrawal request, you must have: (a) a fully verified Account in good standing; (b) a real-money balance that exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount; (c) satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds included in your balance; and (d) a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches your KYC documentation.

tren99 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, up to the deposited amount, as a fraud prevention measure. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn to a verified alternative account.
tren99 may refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: KYC verification is incomplete; there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these terms; the funds are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement; or the withdrawal is flagged by our risk management systems pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by tren99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the subject matter of that conflict only.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate Rp 2,000,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited to your Account will expire automatically. Once activated, wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the individual promotion terms (typically 14 to 30 days). Expired bonuses and associated bonus winnings are forfeited without compensation.
